About our Fitness Classes
Stay functionally fit with matial arts at any phase of life - and get a great workout in a fun atmosphere! Improve your: cardiovascular health, core strength, balance, speed and power - while you have fun learning basic self-defense along the way.
Burn on average 700 and 1000 calories/hr using proper Striking Techniques and Martial Arts inspired conditioning drills. Classes are centered around building your fitness by practicing the striking arts (punching, kicking, knee strikes, and elbow strikes) - and are FUN FOR EVERYONE!
Our classes are amazing stress relievers to start or end a long day. Many members train for fitness, recreation, and sometimes competition. Although this class is physically challenging, students that want to compete are advised to look towards our ADULT STRIKING PROGRAM instead.
